These terms apply to your use of this website, www.pureconciergeservices.com, which is run by Pure Concierge Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

They are terms for using the website. They are not a booking contract. If we arrange a hotel, villa, boat, tickets, flights or a trip for you, the details, the price and any conditions (such as payment dates and cancellation) are set out in writing before you commit to anything.

This website tells you about what we do and lets you send us an enquiry. It is not a shop: you can’t book or pay for anything on it.

Everything on the website, including descriptions of services, destinations and example experiences, is general information and not an offer. Availability, prices and conditions are only confirmed in writing, after you have sent an enquiry.

Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract between you and us, and nothing is booked until you have confirmed it in writing.

Services such as hotel stays, flights, tickets and charters are provided by the hotels, airlines, operators and other suppliers involved, and their own terms apply to what they provide. We will tell you about the important ones before you confirm.

Please use the website lawfully and sensibly. In particular, please don’t:

• Send enquiries that are false or misleading, or send one on someone else’s behalf without their permission.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or our accounts, or to disrupt it.
• Introduce viruses or any other harmful code.
• Copy or collect content from the website in bulk, for example by automated scraping.
• Use the website to send spam or advertising.

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw parts of it at any time.

The website and everything on it, including the text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it, and print pages, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or use it for any other purpose without our written permission.

The Pure Concierge name and logo may not be used without our written permission.

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information and we don’t guarantee that it is complete or current. Please check anything that matters to your trip with us before you rely on it.

Information about destinations on this website isn’t travel advice. Rules about passports, visas, health and safety change, so please check them with official government sources before you travel.

This website links to other sites (such as WhatsApp). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they use your information.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.

If you use this website for a business purpose, we are not responsible for lost profit, lost business or lost opportunity. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

How we collect and use the personal information you give us, and your rights over it, are explained in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies whenever you use the website.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
