Booking a trip properly means holding a dozen moving parts at once — flights, rooms, transfers, tables, tickets, and the bits that only surface once you've arrived. Pure holds all of it, so you don't have to.
There's no call centre and no handing you off. The person who takes your first enquiry is the person who sees it through — and the person you ring if something changes while you're away.

Who We Are
A concierge service that actually knows the ground
Pure was set up by Chris, who has spent his working life in music, events and hospitality — and who still runs charter boats out of Ibiza. The name comes from Pure Management, the music business he ran years ago, and it stuck for a reason.
That background matters more than it might sound. Knowing how promoters and venues really work, and knowing which boat is worth the money on a given day, is the difference between a booking and a trip that goes right.
We're deliberately small. You get one person who knows your booking, answers the phone, and is still there when something needs changing at short notice.

Anyone can find a hotel. What people actually want is for someone to take the whole thing off their hands and be accountable for it — and to still be there on a Sunday when a flight gets cancelled.

Four steps, and none of them are yours
The process is deliberately short. You describe the trip, we price it, you approve it, and then it stops being something you have to think about.

A date, a group size and a rough budget is enough to start. It doesn't need to be a finished plan — most aren't at this stage.
We come back with options and costs
Usually within a day. Real options with real prices, and an honest note on anything we don't think is worth doing.
You approve, we book
Nothing is booked until you've confirmed it in writing. Everything then comes back to you as one itinerary and one invoice.
We stay on it
Through to the day you get home. If a flight moves or something needs changing, you call us and we deal with it.
