Most of what goes wrong on a trip goes wrong in transit. We book the flights and everything either side of them, and we hold the whole itinerary in one place.
Scheduled flights, connections, seat selection and baggage are booked to fit the trip rather than the cheapest possible routing. Where a private charter makes sense for a group, we'll price that too and let you compare honestly.
Airport transfers, drivers and ground transport are arranged at both ends, so nobody lands somewhere unfamiliar wondering how they get to the hotel.
If a flight moves or a connection breaks, you have one number to call. Rebooking is our problem, not yours — that is the point of using a concierge rather than a booking site.
