The Short Version
Pure exists because good service stopped being normal
Most people booking a decent trip end up doing the work themselves — twelve tabs open, three suppliers who don't talk to each other, and nobody accountable when a flight moves at short notice.
Pure was set up by Chris to do the opposite. He has spent his working life in music, events and hospitality, and still runs charter boats out of Ibiza with his son. The name comes from Pure Management, his old music business — it stuck because the idea behind it did too.
We're small on purpose. One person takes the enquiry, prices it, books it and answers the phone afterwards. That's harder to scale and much better to be on the receiving end of.
Whether it's a hotel for a weekend, a boat for a day, a pair of tickets or an entire trip built from scratch, the approach doesn't change: tell us what you want, and we'll take it from there.

Concierge work is only as good as what sits behind it. Three areas we know from the inside rather than from a supplier list.
Music & Events
Pure takes its name from Pure Management, the music business Chris ran years ago. That world is where the events, tickets and hospitality side of what we do comes from.
Charter Boats
We run charter boats out of Ibiza. When we arrange a day on the water, it's booked by an operator rather than resold by an agent who has never been aboard.
Travel & Hospitality
Years spent moving people around the Mediterranean and further afield — the practical part of travel that only shows up when something goes wrong.

Four things we hold to
None of these are clever. They're just the things that get dropped when a business gets too big to care, and the reason people end up disappointed.
You get a person, not a portal
One point of contact who knows your booking. No ticket numbers, no being passed between departments, no starting the story again each time you call.
We do what we said we'd do
It sounds like a low bar. It isn't — plenty of people have been let down by someone who stopped replying. Responsiveness is the service, not an extra.
Nothing hidden in the pricing
Costs are set out before you commit, and what's included is written down. If a supplier's package is thinner than it looks, we'll say so.
We'd rather lose the booking than oversell it
If a ticket isn't realistically available, or a boat isn't worth what's being asked, you'll hear that from us early.
